Arrival and Departure Policy:
Check-in: 1400 hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check out: 12:00 hours
Late checkouts are available on request and subject to availability.

Guarantee Policy:
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or travel agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
For full refund, reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to the planned date of arrival. One night stay would be levied for cancellation received up to 3 days prior to arrival. There is no refund for same-day cancellations or in case of no-show.

Child Policy:
Children below 5years can stay in parents' room without any charge. Those between 5 to 12 years will be charged on an extra bed basis while children between 13 to 17 years of age would require an additional room.

Pet Policy:
As a general rule, and for the ease of all guests, pets are not allowed on the premises of the Retreat. However, a request (prior to booking) can be considered based on breed and vaccination records of the pet. The guest will also need to give a written undertaking to keep the pet on a leash at all times.

Please Note:
A Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. Therefore, ALL guests are requested to carry the required documents with them. Effective 2ndOctober 2008, the Government has introduced a 'No Smoking' legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the Resort except in designated bedrooms where smoking is permitted. Should you desire such a facility, please let us know and the same will be allocated to you subject to availability.
